Pay is average to below average. HR tries to shoehorn people into established positions regardless of actual duties and some positions are downgraded when people are replaced so they can save money. Divisions that were formally separate companies are not fully integrated, and some departments have silo style management, although to their credit, they are working on both of those issues.
