Hazardous and shady leadership - Fabrication A. O. Smith Employee Review

Increase base pay, have better mgmt and communication skills, have a more consistent schedule you don't know whether you're doing 9/9.5 or 8/8.5 hours lots of weeks and they flip flop about Saturdays without telling you. Some employees will get reprimanded over the same issues other employees won't, certain parts of factory are extremely hot and hazardous i.e. spud brush room, no sick days/policy unless it's Covid, will repeatedly tell mgmt equipment is messed up and will not fix/replace. 7 day attendance policy in a whole year.
