      Pay and plenty of hours that are required. I was topped out in quality at $26.16 / hr.

      Cons

      Working that much turns you into a zombie. If you aren’t “in the circle” you won’t move up or into a role that you are more qualified for. The buddy system runs on the plant side.

      Great employee benefits, not just health and dental, but beyond that. Great employees in general. Work life balance is perfect.
