Turnover - Is amazingly high. They come, they go. You don't even make the effort at this point to get to know them until you feel that they won't leave. Management - Upper-level management is something that needs to be reworked, They state they have an open-door policy, but they just make you feel unseen, unheard, and disrespected. Burnout - They expect a lot out of you and then promote those who aren't even doing what they are supposed to. Product - It needs to worked on. There are so many issues with it and it doesn't seem like the focus sometimes.
