The organization has meaningful projects and talented staff, but leadership accountability is inconsistent. My experience working under one project manager was particularly challenging—communication often lacked clarity and honesty and collaboration suffered as a result. Over time, I observed concerning patterns of behavior that undermined trust and created a demoralizing and hostile team environment. While the company has potential, stronger oversight and a greater emphasis on transparency, integrity, and respectful management would make a significant difference in the overall employee experience.
