Pros

Great people and products. Investing and growing rapidly Global company Fantastic career opportunities Fast paced and exciting, I have had a lot of support and flexibility.

Cons

Rapid growth brings some issues around space but there is a lot of investment in new offices. Not really a con but you have to enjoy working in an agile environment where things change quickly.

Thank you for posting this review. It's great to see how our excitement around our growth is reflected in our employees' views, as people like you are the key to making this happen. We appreciate your feedback on space issues as we grow, and as you will be aware, we have started construction work to extend the factory, car park and office areas at our HQ site which will alleviate some of these concerns and give us the foundation to grow further and recruit more great people like you.

Pros

A-SAFE makes a decent product.

Cons

Do not walk but RUN from any opportunity with A-SAFE. When I say that this is the worst company I have ever worked for, it's not just my opinion. It should be the company motto. I knew I made a mistake working here when the sales coach was literally encouraging employees to start interviewing with other companies due to poor leadership and inconsistent messaging. This is one of those places that will constantly ask employees for feedback, but if you disagree with the way things are running they will find a way to get rid of you. The most toxic company culture I have ever been a part of. They try to instill fear as a leadership tactic so everyone is constantly wondering when they will be next on the chopping block. Ownership has no idea how to run a company, so every few months they make changes without any kind of real vison or direction. If you do feel stuck here, use your time to start updating your resume and find somewhere else that actually values their people.
