Rapidly growing exciting business - Administrative Assistant A-SAFE Employee Review

Thank you for the detailed review and feedback on our flexible benefits scheme. It's great to know that you are enjoying the flexible start and finish times we offer. We appreciate your feedback on communication. This is a theme we recognise needed addressing as we grow so have recently taken big steps to improve this as you point out. We have recently launched our staff intranet which shares news and information with all employees across the globe, and are about to embark on launching a monthly A-SAFE newsletter. These are just two of the initiatives we have implemented or are just working on to enhance communication all around our global business from top-down and bottom-up. I also acknowledge your feedback on the lack of space as a result of our growth. As of this week, work has begun on a huge project at our HQ site to extend the factory by 2000 square metres, refurbish and extend our staff car park, create a new garden area for staff and give a new look to our existing offices. There are then further works planned to start an office extension and facilities upgrade in early 2020. These changes give us the ability to continue with our growth and to install some new and exciting manufacturing processes, whilst also improving the office environments and addressing the issues surrounding lack of space.
