      Pros

      People you work with not office staff production are amazing make you feel welcome.

      The higher up staff leaders don't care about the lower end staff at all I worked there for over 2 years had to leave for short period as my son was born I tried to go bk and they accepted day before I go they called lied said was pulling plug on new starters to then find out its because they over paid me wage wanted to take me court get there money bk witch I didn't realise ide even been paid disgusted in the fact I thought was decent place work.

      Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, this is not an accurate reflection of the situation. We have reached out to discuss this further on a number of occasions but without success. As you are aware you were in fact AWOL for a period of time and we subsequently tried to contact you to discuss further. Due to the timings in which you were AWOL, you were unfortunately overpaid. Despite letters and emails, you did not make contact with the business until you applied for a further role circa 2 months later out of the blue. As explained at the time, we were not in a position to discuss further employment opportunities with you until we had resolved the previous issues. Many Thanks

      A-SAFE makes a decent product.

      Do not walk but RUN from any opportunity with A-SAFE. When I say that this is the worst company I have ever worked for, it's not just my opinion. It should be the company motto. I knew I made a mistake working here when the sales coach was literally encouraging employees to start interviewing with other companies due to poor leadership and inconsistent messaging. This is one of those places that will constantly ask employees for feedback, but if you disagree with the way things are running they will find a way to get rid of you. The most toxic company culture I have ever been a part of. They try to instill fear as a leadership tactic so everyone is constantly wondering when they will be next on the chopping block. Ownership has no idea how to run a company, so every few months they make changes without any kind of real vison or direction. If you do feel stuck here, use your time to start updating your resume and find somewhere else that actually values their people.
