      I drove an hour away for them to sit me through a 3 hour long group interview, lie, smile in my face, and tell me they aren’t hiring for the CSM role I applied for….. approximately 30mins after leaving the interview. But they were more than happy to offer me a sales position I knew nothing about. Classic bait and switch. Don’t be fooled by their fancy building and “we’re a family” speech. Major red flags with this company!!! Don’t get me started with pay….. I talked to 4 people and they all gave me a different amount as far as pay. They will lie to you and make you work work work and you will be miserable.

      I am sorry you felt as though this was a scam. I can assure you, this was not the case and I am sincerely disappointed that this is your view. As you are aware, we interviewed a number of candidates over 2 days for both SDE and CSM positions. We only had a number of positions available and unfortunately, whilst you were found to be an appointable candidate, you did not score the highest and unfortunately, we no longer had any CSM positions vacant. We did however like you as a person, including your experience and it was felt as though you could add some real value to our business hence why we wanted to give you the opportunity to accept an alternative position. This would have been a mechanism for you to transition into a potential CSM vacancy in the future without the need for you to reapply. I trust this outlines the situation.

      Do not walk but RUN from any opportunity with A-SAFE. When I say that this is the worst company I have ever worked for, it's not just my opinion. It should be the company motto. I knew I made a mistake working here when the sales coach was literally encouraging employees to start interviewing with other companies due to poor leadership and inconsistent messaging. This is one of those places that will constantly ask employees for feedback, but if you disagree with the way things are running they will find a way to get rid of you. The most toxic company culture I have ever been a part of. They try to instill fear as a leadership tactic so everyone is constantly wondering when they will be next on the chopping block. Ownership has no idea how to run a company, so every few months they make changes without any kind of real vison or direction. If you do feel stuck here, use your time to start updating your resume and find somewhere else that actually values their people.
