Pros
Most of the technology management staff are good people that understand the importance of work-life balance and do their best to you accommodate people in their given roles. Obviously, some rolls are easier 2 flex than others. Being such a small group, if you are good at your job and don't make any major mistakes you can have a long career here
Cons
No upward mobility in Tech. why you can't have a long career chances of making a title promotion and receiving a notable bump our very limited. Generally your boss would have to leave for you to have a chance to get the next level up. So are you can stay here long-term the roughly 3% merit increase annually is all you would count on aside from a potential bonus.
