Leadership does not care about those under them. They treat them with little to no respect. The bonus catastrophe was a leak into the inner workings of the firm. Everything management does is put together hastily with a bandaid. There is no strategy and it’s starting to be revealed. It’s a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
