Low morale - Support Staff A&O Shearman Employee Review

Morale is very low for the support staff in the NY office. Not sure if the managing partners are aware of this. It has not been a pleasant place for the past few years and they've recently announced freezing the pension plan. They're letting staff go for one reason or another so it doesn't look like a massive layoff. Support staff members are just holding on if they can't find another job.
