Associate - Associate A&O Shearman Employee Review

I probably worked in a specially bad group in NYC, but It is a terrible place to work for. The morale is terrible, terrible staffing and distribution of work. Lazy senior associates dump their own work on juniors with very little explanation and take credit for it. No recognition of your work and an environment in which it is OK for partners to yell at associates. There are partners who have been in the firm for 30 years and have never made any of their associates partner.
