Pros
-constant, fulfilling work (this could be both a negative and positive depending on how much you value work/life balance) -great co-workers. I've made lifetime friends and everyone else is just so friendly and always have their door open to chat or for advice. -open and collaborative environment. every department is flexible and understanding. it makes you want to go that extra mile to meet extremely tight deadlines when needed. -good to great compensation and benefits. I can't complain about my yearly raises and bonuses. they were above market for my job description. -inviting and inclusive environment. you always feel as if you can be yourself without fear of judgement. -your work and role are valued.
Cons
-post merger, management has really failed to communicate with staff on current plans and roles. any answers to be had, if there are any, has to be found out through rumors. very demoralizing. the A&O culture is being quickly replaced into something less desirable. time will tell. -not everyone in every department has opportunities to take on new roles or be promoted. being outspoken gets you on a black list with management it seems.
