Pros

Good location for folks in the north Denver suburbs. Great work life balance. Office culture was good. Great office amenities.

Cons

In a company of this size it is easy to get lost in the shuffle. Even though the company does a little of everything all over the globe, it was difficult to move within the company. While I enjoyed my time there, the product I was on was cut couple months after I left for more advancement possibilities. The other members of my former team were laid off and product maintenance was moved overseas. Given the market for skilled professionals re-assignment wouldn't have been an option?

Pros

The management team works hard to encourage and support employees, recognizing that they are the company's greatest asset. Experienced team members are welcoming and take the time to train new employees, helping them succeed while emphasizing the importance of working safely. Leadership strives to be fair, consistent, and approachable. They actively listen to employee concerns, address issues in a timely manner, and foster a positive, supportive work environment where employees feel valued and respected.

Cons

One of the biggest drawbacks is the lack of air conditioning in the factory during the summer, making the work environment hot and at times uncomfortable. Overtime opportunities are also limited to a maximum of 56 hours per week, which may be disappointing for employees looking to work additional hours. While overtime is available, most employees can typically expect to work around eight hours of overtime each week.
