Pros

- good coworkers - great benefits - clean and safe working conditions despite construction going on right now - work isn’t too difficult - generally accepting and welcoming people - helpful HR team

Cons

- not paid enough for the quality of work - bonuses were taken away from the people making the product but not the ones setting the quotas - lunch breaks cut down halfway a couple years ago - fireable behavior not addressed in some coworkers because they’ve been there for a long time - higher quotas set be people who’ve never done the job causes the manufacturing side to go on mandatory overtime often

Pros

The management team works hard to encourage and support employees, recognizing that they are the company's greatest asset. Experienced team members are welcoming and take the time to train new employees, helping them succeed while emphasizing the importance of working safely. Leadership strives to be fair, consistent, and approachable. They actively listen to employee concerns, address issues in a timely manner, and foster a positive, supportive work environment where employees feel valued and respected.

Cons

One of the biggest drawbacks is the lack of air conditioning in the factory during the summer, making the work environment hot and at times uncomfortable. Overtime opportunities are also limited to a maximum of 56 hours per week, which may be disappointing for employees looking to work additional hours. While overtime is available, most employees can typically expect to work around eight hours of overtime each week.
