Pros

Fast paced environment if you enjoy this. Flexible work hours. No one cares when you start or finish or if you are online at all. Flat organization. You are free to talk what you think. Higher management is open and reachable. People are smart and friendly.

Cons

There are too much things to do. Your work result is important. You should be visible. How many hours you worked is not important. The result and impact is important. Therefore there is no appreciation. That also causes that extrovert & low performers are more visible and stay in the job. Introvert & high performers might be seen unimpactful.

Pros

The management team works hard to encourage and support employees, recognizing that they are the company's greatest asset. Experienced team members are welcoming and take the time to train new employees, helping them succeed while emphasizing the importance of working safely. Leadership strives to be fair, consistent, and approachable. They actively listen to employee concerns, address issues in a timely manner, and foster a positive, supportive work environment where employees feel valued and respected.

Cons

One of the biggest drawbacks is the lack of air conditioning in the factory during the summer, making the work environment hot and at times uncomfortable. Overtime opportunities are also limited to a maximum of 56 hours per week, which may be disappointing for employees looking to work additional hours. While overtime is available, most employees can typically expect to work around eight hours of overtime each week.
