There is too heavy a reliance of longevity versus knowledge within the organization and it leads to a leadership team that is ingrained with outdated practices and ideologies in the modern world. The teams and employees are truly talented individuals and you grow a lot from the experience and shared knowledge. Unfortunately those in decision making positions are reluctant to “rock the boat” and instead maintain the same corporate status quo.
