Regarding your cons: We have expanded our office to more floors in order to offer a better organization so teams can work more focused with their mates. Furthermore in case the sound level is too high, every full time employee has headsets at their disposal with noise cancelling functions to focus on tasks that require high concentration. Also we have set up more workshops and trainings for teamleads and managers to enhance their leading skills which includes feedback procedures, communication and team coachings.
