Regarding the problems you mention, we try to ensure continuous improvement through regular exchange within the teams! For example, regarding leadership and communication, this year we have built and rolled out an extended leadership program to develop further in these areas. We have also addressed the remote issue and now actively offer this to all developers living in Germany. We are very happy to have you with us and look forward to the time ahead!
