Pros

There is a lot of space to grow in the company, with nice headquarters right in the centre of Hamburg. I love the chance to work with people from each and every corner of the world.

Cons

Leadership could be a lot better, leads quite often do not have enough preparation. Circles are usually understaffed, having few people dealing with both B2B and B2C models, which is quite a lot of things to do. Big campaign might be quite stressful, such as Black Friday
