- corporate but still startup mindset - lots of knowledgable people - good starting point if you are a junior

Cons

- requires a lot of flexible and open mind because things change fast. Although it is moving towards being more corporate overtime, lots of documentation is still missing and it can feel overwhelming sometimes to know what is where
