Pros

The pay is good, right now im only getting 3 hour but that because I only work with one client so once I get a 2nd client I'll be working more hours obviously.

Cons

I di t know if these may be comingfrom my behalf for not communicating about it yet but all of my clients are like 1 or 2 hours away from my house. I wish I had closer clients. But I can't really complain since I have spoken to my ABA about it. Plus they do pay for your drive.

Pros

I have truly enjoyed my time at ABS Kids and am grateful for the opportunity they gave me to begin my career as an RBT. The training was thorough, and the support I received while earning my certification helped me build confidence and skills. The staff genuinely care about the children they serve, and I had the opportunity to learn from experienced BCBAs and fellow RBTs. ABS Kids provided valuable hands-on experience, and I am thankful for everything I learned during my time there. I would recommend ABS Kids to anyone looking to start or grow a career in ABA.

Cons

As with many ABA organizations, scheduling changes and client cancellations can sometimes impact hours. The work can also be physically and emotionally demanding, particularly when supporting clients with significant behavioral challenges. However, these challenges are balanced by the rewarding nature of the work and the opportunity to make a positive difference in children’s lives.
