Business Outlook
Pros
Progressive company culture, great career ladder Some compensation for drive time, which many companies don't offer at all Competitive pay for the industry
Cons
In-home care means employees spend lots of time and money driving. Drive pay is insufficient to cover these costs. Therapists are better off finding a good clinic to work at. It's really hard to maintain 40 hours a week even if you don't have cancellations, because there's a lot of down time between appointments when you're off the clock. Clients cancel and you don't get paid. This is a really tough industry if you're just starting out.
