Integrity is one of our core values at ABS. Providing ABA therapy with integrity means to us that we always do what's right for the individual child and their family. It also means that we ensure every action and decision is carried out in a respectful manner that ultimately upholds the laws, standards, guidelines, and ethics that govern our work.
We are totally committed to compliance at ABS, and we urge any team member with knowledge of an ethics or compliance concern to contact our anonymous compliance hotline. We want to know about any possible or suspected violations so that we can fully address them and ensure we can prevent them in the future. The anonymous hotline phone number is found in the ABS Virtual Office, in Compliance Corner, and is facilitated by a neutral third party partner. All reports are reviewed and investigated as needed by our Chief Compliance Officer, and the Compliance Team. Our policy of non-retaliation prohibits retaliation of any kind in response to reports of violations or concerns.
Building a culture of compliance is work that is never done. We proactively foster compliance at ABS through many efforts led by our Chief Compliance Officer, including onboarding compliance training for all employees, Compliance Corner communications within the Virtual Office, and our annual Compliance Week celebration for our workforce featuring videos, articles and employee contests focused on compliance educational materials, to name a few.
Ultimately ensuring compliance and ethical conduct in everything we do is the responsibility of everyone at ABS and we welcome feedback about how we can improve in all areas, for our staff and the children and families we serve.
