Pros
• Friendly supervisors who don't micromanage/belittle their team • Coworkers who are always happy to assist • Opportunities for growth within the company • Genuine WFH work-life balance ( can't stress this enough) • HSA and other great healthcare benefits • Fun team-building events/activities
Cons
• Pay Not a con for me personally, but the pay might be too low for some. If you are looking for a role as a primary source of income, I would not recommend this one in particular. • Recruiter Commission This is a con I've specifically noticed in my role, but the recruiters that I work with often seem to hire people for the sake of hiring them. It would appear as though they are trying to hire as many people as they can and not necessarily the most qualified individuals for the job. While many of the hires are great, I would say there are still too many who I end up onboarding that are clearly not dedicated to the role or who are very naive about what all the position entails. It leads to unnecessary turn-arounds (especially among BT staff).
