Highly complex organization operating out of 100s of different applications with thousands of employees worldwide. It’s an incredibly difficult organization to navigate within. Also Numerous internal quality checks and some legacy systems can make certain tasks seem unnecessarily cumbersome.

Great culture. All of my peers were great to work with and the products I worked on were interesting. Many teams push toward a new tech stack.

The company is huge. It's hard to get insight into what everyone else is doing. You have to stay in your lane or work hard to network if you want to grow. Depending on the team, the tech can be pretty stale because they are afraid to fix what "isn't broken". Some things are being upgraded, slowly. Things are competitive internally. Every team has to prove their worth if they want a chance to work on better projects.
