Expenses, Pension, Benefit Package, Car Allowance. You had a territory that you could cultivate and develop relationships and build a residual business from. (I thought???)
Cons
Redesigned compensation plan annually. Raising quota and reducing compensation. Would deviate from the intention of the plan when it favoured the company. Your territory was not protected.
