Enjoyed working with Some of my coworkers, Medical benefits

Cons

Horrible customers, technicians that don't care do horrible installments, lying sales reps, difficult to transfer from tech support to different department because of high turnover, dirty main area of call center

Pros

shift differentials, the ability to trade shifts or flex, paid training, premium holiday pay, plenty of overtime hours, and good for employees looking to build their resume.

Cons

you might have to work mandatory overtime during hurricane season, large volume of calls, very fast paced, and you may deal with hostile or panicked callers.
