      Pros

      There is nothing positive about this company. Not even the coffee in the kitchen.

      Cons

      There is absolutely no company culture within this organization. Everyone who is not an executive or senior manager is treated really poorly and under valued. When you walk into the building there is a negative aura and everyone feels it. There is absolutely 0 support from upper manager or HR. Everyone who has an office ALWAYS has there office doors closed. you are not able to approach anyone for help because everyone is always so "Busy" to help you. People who are still working there are only there because they need the money. If you are looking to work for a company with 0 culture, 0 employee interaction, 0 support and 100% management discouragement then this is definitely the place for you.

      Pros

      shift differentials, the ability to trade shifts or flex, paid training, premium holiday pay, plenty of overtime hours, and good for employees looking to build their resume.

      Cons

      you might have to work mandatory overtime during hurricane season, large volume of calls, very fast paced, and you may deal with hostile or panicked callers.
