Pros
Only pro was I was smart to leave my second day and didn't regret the decision at all. Other than that the office was nice.
Cons
I was hired a week and a half before my start date and I had no working computer. Manager was totally unprepared for me and basically gave me a binder filled with ADT material and gave me no direction. He was missing most of the day and I sat at a desk doing nothing for two days. My second day after coming in with a positive attitude saying I would give them the benefit of the doubt I still had no work station and could not find my manager. I walked out of the company informing no one until I got home and wrote my resignation letter. The manager was very rude bad mouthing sales reps behind their backs to me from day one. That is very unprofessional and people like that should not be put into leadership roles.
