Cons

Micro management, low pay, high turn over rate means unskilled ops always making errors, management slow to correct issues. 24hr / 7day a week sched means you'll be required to work at least one weekend day

shift differentials, the ability to trade shifts or flex, paid training, premium holiday pay, plenty of overtime hours, and good for employees looking to build their resume.

Cons

you might have to work mandatory overtime during hurricane season, large volume of calls, very fast paced, and you may deal with hostile or panicked callers.
