Expect lots of hours and little gratitude for service paired with low wages. Management is incompetent and employees are unhappy and it shows. Overall employee morale is at an all time low creating an unfriendly, uncooperative environment in the office. Going to work is painful. Hours of work are meticulously monitored, even bathroom breaks! Virtually everyone is new and people are let go constantly. The turnover is astounding.
