Pros

Great benefits/bonus, great starting pay for the duties of the job, good PTO/Vacation Time available to use right out of training, and depending on the position you stay in there's little to no stress.

Cons

Job can be downright boring at times, wacky attendance policy, hit and miss with QA evaluations, little to no advancement, scheduling can be a hassle depending on department, same thing over and over again.

Pros

shift differentials, the ability to trade shifts or flex, paid training, premium holiday pay, plenty of overtime hours, and good for employees looking to build their resume.

Cons

you might have to work mandatory overtime during hurricane season, large volume of calls, very fast paced, and you may deal with hostile or panicked callers.
