Pros

You can help people and you have freedom to work around your home life.

Cons

100% commission. Forced to attend meeting and long training sessions, without pay. They close on holidays so the saleried people get paid but we don't and we can't call jobs in. To much internal competion with call center and dealers. They offer more than corporate can. If you get a chance to work for this company, don't.

Pros

shift differentials, the ability to trade shifts or flex, paid training, premium holiday pay, plenty of overtime hours, and good for employees looking to build their resume.

Cons

you might have to work mandatory overtime during hurricane season, large volume of calls, very fast paced, and you may deal with hostile or panicked callers.
