Absolutely disappointing - Customer Service Representative ADT Employee Review

Pros

Overtime pay and holiday pay until they made it almost impossible to sign up for.

Cons

First off who wants to work in a place with bed bug infestation? Secondly if yoo like prison this is your place to work. Your a number and a person in a chair taking a call. Your told when you can use the restroom when you can eat when you can break and your penalized for any second that doesn’t conform to their time schedule. Management is held to a different standard and have no idea how to treat Their employees. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Forget taking a personal day or they’ll look at you like some criminal. Human Resources is no help at all so don’t bother bringing your concerns to them cause they frankly don’t give a sass. I’m embarrassed to say I ever worked here.

Pros

shift differentials, the ability to trade shifts or flex, paid training, premium holiday pay, plenty of overtime hours, and good for employees looking to build their resume.

Cons

you might have to work mandatory overtime during hurricane season, large volume of calls, very fast paced, and you may deal with hostile or panicked callers.
