Micro managenent, set all employees to fail, no room for growth, customers do not come firsthand. Most important they outsource most of the work..Accountability is needed

Pros

shift differentials, the ability to trade shifts or flex, paid training, premium holiday pay, plenty of overtime hours, and good for employees looking to build their resume.

Cons

you might have to work mandatory overtime during hurricane season, large volume of calls, very fast paced, and you may deal with hostile or panicked callers.
