Pros
- Good salary - Good benefits - Free popcorn on Thursdays - Subsidized Starbucks - You can do anything you want with little repercussions. Everyone is too busy trying to make other people look bad to actually accomplish anything.
Cons
- The executive group are a gathering of unsupervised children. Calling them an executive leadership team is a good laugh. They are not a team. A team works together to achieve results. Instead, the executive group stomp on each other to get ahead. Which in turn transcends down through out the company. My immediate supervisor is too busy trying to get herself promoted instead of working with others. - Lunch is 50% off at HQ. Which means the highest paid people in the organization gets a subsidized lunch. No other office does. - HQ looks nice. But some offices look like dumps. Not enough chairs. Broken furniture.
