Pros

Competitive pay and benefits kinda ok.

Cons

Graded on a daily basis. If you don’t hit their prescribe metric they fire you. Over work all the time. I’ve gonna many days weeks and months with out being able to take a lunch. They give you 1 hour and 30 mins from enroute to clear. So if your job is a hour away you only get 30 minutes to fix the job. Most time it take 20 minutes to hear the customer complain about how bad they hate this company. Before you can even get to fixing anything. They want you to sell every customer something. This is not the old adt this is a company owned and managed by Apollo Group Management, a private investment firm who does not care about their employees their customers. All they care about is their profit.

Pros

shift differentials, the ability to trade shifts or flex, paid training, premium holiday pay, plenty of overtime hours, and good for employees looking to build their resume.

Cons

you might have to work mandatory overtime during hurricane season, large volume of calls, very fast paced, and you may deal with hostile or panicked callers.
