Pros

It's a good job, I've been here 6 years. Yearly pay raises and competitive pay for call center jobs on the same level. I like my department. Plenty of room to move around and find a department you feel most suits you. Really cool about pregnancy leave and making sure you feel comfortable hopping back on the floor when you come back. I was able to sit with another agent to get a feel for things again.

Cons

Can be stressful depending on the alarm, however leadership always checks in on you to make sure you're okay. I did prefer the 40 rolling hours absent policy, the new one is kind of hard to remember. I don't typically out though so it's never been an issue.

Pros

shift differentials, the ability to trade shifts or flex, paid training, premium holiday pay, plenty of overtime hours, and good for employees looking to build their resume.

Cons

you might have to work mandatory overtime during hurricane season, large volume of calls, very fast paced, and you may deal with hostile or panicked callers.
