Great benefits some what caring supervisors

Cons

The fact that even when a customer is screaming cussing and threatening you you are not allowed to disconnect the call my other call center jobs we had the right to first warn customers that we did not have to take that abuse and will disconnect the call if you continue and proceed from there yes I know disconnecting the call only ends up with an angrier customer and u do not believe I ever did so but at least it was an option at ADT it’s not

Pros

shift differentials, the ability to trade shifts or flex, paid training, premium holiday pay, plenty of overtime hours, and good for employees looking to build their resume.

Cons

you might have to work mandatory overtime during hurricane season, large volume of calls, very fast paced, and you may deal with hostile or panicked callers.
