Cons
The company has a serious problem retaining employees, particularly in the mid senior levels. Main reasons for high staff turnover are the quite low salaries compared to competition, the uninteresting projects, the lack or real opportunities for something different and the politics dictating who is climbing the ladder. Plenty of graduates and plenty of staff close to retirement age does not help the learning process and developing your career.
