Pros
Company is staffed with decent people and has an abundance of global diversity. The diversity will eventually pay huge dividends once we get past our silos.
Cons
The company is made up of silos within silos. Created and grown through acquisitions. No true corporate identity or unity of purpose. Focus continues to be on meeting shareholder expectations at the cost of developing and implementing a global infrastructure (IT, HR, etc.).
