Upper management disregards lower level employees, some who have been with the company countless years and have tons of industry knowledge, and treats them as if they are easily replaceable. Management has both grown and changed numerous times over the last year, neither of which have proven to be beneficial to AGDATA employees, AGDATA as a whole, or the clients that we service. The clients are becoming increasingly edgy about everything that is going on because deliverables are not being met due to a lack of resources. Management's Response? Employees don't work hard enough, or efficient enough. The facts? Most employees at AGDATA are working countless hours of overtime each week just to maintain the relationships that they have developed with client contacts that they don't want to see fail. These same employees who have built the relationships with clients they provide services for are quite frankly ignored or disrespected in meetings with upper management, told they don't understand what needs to happen, and told they just aren't on board with the "change" that is taking place within the company.
Temporary workers have been brought in to fill gaps that have been left by great talent that has left the company. This has caused those that are left to pick up enormous amounts of slack , because AGDATA can't fill positions that have been vacated with permanent, knowledgeable talent.
