Pros

The company is focusing on storing data and using that data to provide to insights to customers. It’s exciting because this allows me to learn technologies that are in demand in the marketplace. It’s also really exciting to think that we’re telling customers things about their business they didn’t previously know.

Cons

It’s not easy, there are times when I’m asked to research or utilize a technology I have no experience with, but at the same time I really like that I can my team’s counting on me to be an expert in a certain area
