Pros

* Shortly after being hired, I spoke to HR directly in regards to my concern over the relatively low Glassdoor scores. I greatly appreciate how they responded frankly telling me that they struggled during a transition period about 2-3 years ago and learned the hard way what they did wrong and could do better. From what I've seen, I genuinely believe that and think that AGDATA is striving to learn from past mistakes and my experiences have been overwhelmingly positive. * If you're concerned that more recent scores are higher as I've seen on a previous post, that's nonsense. HR certainly doesn't have time to be fabricating reviews and it's far more likely that AGDATA is just seeing the returns of coming back from their low point a few years ago. * Flexible scheduling * Well above average pay for starting positions and relatively generous bonuses/raises * Lots of opportunities to grow as a professional or kick off a career * Upper management actually gives a dang about employees * Plenty of community activities, parties, etc * Good benefits * Definitely lots of learning opportunities

Cons

* My personal experience has been a 5/5 but from what I've heard your experience may vary depending on where in the company you end up. Now, this is changing as the company is working on breaking away from their old "team for each client" structure so but I think it's only fair to bring up nonetheless. * Busier seasons get *very* busy and chaotic. There is a strong push to not overwork yourself but regardless, the higher stress of seasonal peaks may be too much for some.
