Pros
Benefits were ok. Vacation time is pretty good - just remember to use it before its to close to the end of the year cause you will LOSE they will say you cant take them and they do not carry over. People were great. Free Soda. Bagel Fridays. Work from home a small amount each week once established.
Cons
You will be pushed to work long hours. I on multiple occasions each year had to work till 12am to push deadlines. Will be put on seemly pointless tasks. Uses scare tactics to try to keep employees inline. If you don't get x done you are going to be fired. This happens every week. Will be told multiple times that they will make the working over time and through family deaths right when raise time comes to give literally a raise of 0 dollars and a small bonus. Will make you spend weeks looking through logs to find explanations behind small changes which may be near impossible to find. Cut-throat environment with some of the management. If the project runs behind you will be blamed even if it was managements unwilling to make decisions fault.. and threatened as such.
