Dear Run Away, It is always helpful to receive any form of feedback and I think one of the best things myself and our company can do is learn from any negative feedback we receive in this forum. Because there were not a lot of specifics in your feedback for me to address, I am using your profile of Charlotte based, software engineer of 5 to 7 years to collect feedback from your peer group and to ask if they can shed some light on management being merciless and throwing people under the bus. Those items seem to be out of sync with the feedback we have been receiving in our twice annual employee satisfaction survey, which as you know has been improving steadily for the past few years.
