Flexible hours, great pay, follow job ethics, friendly staff

Cons

May have to work overtime(not a problem for me) Not many staff to cover you if you are sick Sometimes management is terrible sometimes not caring for employees Benefits are getting worse and if you work per-diem you do not get benefits except 401k
