Pros
1) Good work life balance 2) Takes good care of Immigration issues 3) Good mentors and people across the groups help each other well 4) Transparent and nimble company to work for I joined AIR through a referral. My H1 transfer was completed in time, I needed premium processing during the transfer which was done very promptly. Before joining they had promised my green card processing, which was also processed promptly. I had a personal request to file my I-140 through premium and AIR accepted my request. I had a very positive experience with AIR Immigration, compared to other big companies. Decent rewards and recognition, during my first one year at AIR I got pretty good bonus compared to other big companies, of course it will be decided based on performance Senior management is very receptive to ideas of improvements both in the product and the process. I have never seen so down to earth senior management in my 14 years of industry experience. The management team gave us a free hand to implement the process improvements, this helped us as a group to learn. Bottom line, if you want to be successful at AIR, contribute to their Data Analytics product and processes, you pay, benefits and immigration issues will surely fall in place for you.
Cons
1) Provide working remote options for employees 2) Some mentors in middle management badly need some training. The middle management in couple of departments should be mentoring and nurturing the teams rather than feeling insecured.
